In this video I want to share with you my off season snowboard training. This is a great way to practice your snowboard tricks and stay sharp in the off season. To start you can build your own snowboard training setup with an old pair of shoes, a skate deck and 2 liter bottle. This snowboard training setup is great for improving balance and getting comfortable committing to tricks. Check out Chris's channel where he has a video comparing the free DIY snowboard training setup to the Snowboard Addiction setup you can buy online. Thanks for watching!
