I’ll help you :)
I created this workout for everyone who is annoyed by SQUATS & JUMPS or standing exercises (me haha).
I personally love to train booty down on the mat with a lot of mind-muscle connection.
My booty feels so lifted and pumped after these 20 min.!
This workout includes:
- butt focused exercises
- leg lifts/leg curls/donkey kicks
- 30-60 sec. exercises
- nice music (love my choice of music here especially :D)
