Ride along with Carly Holmes (Outlaw Kart Onboard) for her first laps around the Red Bluff Outlaws RaceTrack in Red Bluff, California. Carly at the time was 13 years old and had never driven a 500 open Outlaw Kart at the Red Bluff Outlaws before. She quickly got up on the wheel and put herself in the dash with her ripper laps that set down on the track!
