Here in Miami, fishing has been listed as an essential activity during the COVID-19 quarantine, so I'm very lucky to still be hunting for my own food! Yellow Jacks are delicious both raw and cooked and are abundant here in South Florida. Barracudas are also very delicious but larger ones may contain the toxin ciguetera.
