Description: I went bassfishing on my new boat for peacock bass and largemouth bass and instead caught my first clown knifefish! Also first fish on my new project flats boat, a 17' Lowe Roughneck with a 70hp Yamaha. Clown knifefish: this species, native to tropical southeast Asia, has been released from people's fish tanks and into Florida's freshwater system, especially in Palm Beach County, FL where they are very popular.
