What Was Volkswagen Thinking?

Duration: 7:07 Views: 48K Submitted: 5 years ago
Description: With only 264 made for the united states and less than 125 known to exist today, the Harlequin golf is one of the rarest cars that Volkswagen ever produced. Stealing the idea from the VW Polo, Volkswagen decided to produce a limited amount of “multicolored” cars otherwise known as the harlequin golf, and send them to the United States, which left them with bad sales and a lot of scrap metal. Today, Alex bumps into the history of the Harlequin golf, why it was such a bust and how rare it is in today's world.
