Full Body High Intensity Workout for everyone who wants to burn all those quarantine kilos as soon as possible.
Summer is around the corner and I created this killer burn HIT for us to get ready, in shape and A LOT OF ENDORPHINS into our body ????????
The Workout is made of
3 different Circuits with 3 Sets
You will have a 30 sec. & a 60 sec. BREAK once in a while, yes you‘ve read it, I included breaks cause otherwise I wouldn’t have make it through without collapsing.
It‘s such a great Full Body Burn Guys ! ????
We will be working on our Cardio Strength, on our Upper Body and Lower Body Strength.
25 Minutes are filled with :
▸ 3 Circuits / 3 Sets with different exercises focus on each part of the body (upper/ lower body)
▸ fast movements to make you sweat
▸ breaks to take a breath and drink water
▸ an Ab Finisher
