20 Minutes on the floor are filled with:
• variation of glute bridge exercises
• no jumps/squats
• no breaks
• lower body pressure
(you will train your lower body extremely so don't worry if you feel a pain, you will become stronger and stronger and your muscles will get used to it)
I looove this one, it's my new favourite workout to build a booty.
Been doing it on every booty day the past week and my butt cheeks are on fire.
You will feel a lot of pressure in your lower back because we train our lower back not too often but don't worry. It will get used to it and the pain you might feel will fade because you will build a strong lower back.
This Workout is amazing for people who have knee injuries or can't do squat and jumps ... or don't like them haha :D
Never forget, you have to feel good in your own body and you are perfect the way you like and love yourself, no matter what others say. Focus on yourself.
