15 Minutes , no break and only GLUTE focused exercises.
I enjoy this one a lot cause i really feel it in every inch of my booty while working out.
Focus on slow exercises and use a mini band if you have.
If you don’t have a mini band/ no problem , the exercises work also without the mini band.
It’s just for a bigger burn.
