Are you ready to make your thighs burn and scream?
This one is one of my favourite workouts I have done for the legs and thighs so far.
I tried to really focus on the inner thigh area and I can tell you, you will feel your muscles working so hard.
15 Min. without breaks as usual, if you need a break though, just stop for a sec. and continue whenever you feel ready again.
It is important to do the exercises controlled and progress needs time so don´t be too hard to yourself.
But make sure to push yourself through but stay within your limits! Remember to listen to your body, you know it best.
