Hi love, Welcome back to my channel! This is my go-to quick leg workout! Focused on compound movements and some high intensity intervals in between strength training! You don’t have to use weights if you don’t have them! Just try to move fast enough to get a good sweat :) I guide you through the workout The Whole time but my microphone stopped the noise canceling after 7 minutes so I appologize for the background noise!
