Description: This workout is super simple and only involves 2 exercises but is really intense and will give you that booty pump. Basically you're doing 100 reps with the bands and it should burn! You might do 30 reps, rest 10-20 seconds, do 20 more, rest a little, do another 20 reps, etc until you get to 100. You can do this as a home workout everyday or as a warmup or burn out and your lower body gym days.
