In this workout we will be doing hypotrophy booty training performed in supersets. This means we are putting a lot of volume into our booty by performing the same superset 3 times. Supersets are great way to shorten the duration of the workout while increasing the intensity of the training by overloading the muscle. Basically, we will be performing more work in less time while having the muscle under increased tension.
