This is the first legs and butt exercise with Female Fitness Model Kaycie Davis. This is the first exercise in her legs and butt workout. This exercise is Smith Rack Stepping Back Lunges.
Main Points:
Keep your weight on your front heel
Dont let your front knee go forward past your toe
Sit your butt back
Go as low as you can comfortable
Keep your back light straight to slightly bent
Kaycie will do 3 sets of 10-12 reps per leg. Resting 90 seconds between each set.
