Deep Stretching Routine - middle + side splits, back bends, & forward fold contortion training!

Description: Welcome back to my channel:) this is my actual stretch routine after I worked out at the gym! Follow along by watching and stretching with me! I use a foam roller in the beginning to massage my back and legs before my deep stretches and handstands! I didn’t do a voice over today, but I hope you still like it! Let me know in the comments if you want more REAL videos of me stretching or working out without the voice over… I get a little overwhelmed sometimes with the editing part… so videos like this are easy for me to just throw on some background music & some transitions & call it a day :)
