This is a pre-booty workout routine that will get your booty ready for the training!
We will perform a range of stretching exercises that will loosen muscles around our hips and also a range of booty activation exercises.
This routine will help fire up your Glutes while also turning off all other leg muscles. These muscles include your Hamstrings, Adductors, Hip Flexors & Internal Rotators.
Ultimately, this routine will get your booty ready for a workout and help it grow faster!
I also highly recommend to go for a short walk before your workout, especially if haven't been very active during the day or worked at the desk. :)
