I love this short and intensive workout that much because it gives your butt a nice lift afterwards and makes the booty pop out.

This workout is for you when:

- you are knee injured or having knee problems
- you don't like squats or jumps
- you enjoy to lay on the floor while working out (like me :D)
- you want to grow your glutes and make that boody look round
