This 10 minute warm up routine will make you sweat for sure. It's inspired by a cardio workout of mine.
You can do this before every workout to warm up your muscles, your whole body and get your blood flowing. You can also use it as a finisher to sweat it all out.
By the way, the sunset is one of the most amazing ones I have ever seen. I filmed this workout in Santorini - Greece and it was so damn windy - you have no idea - and that is why sometimes I struggled to do the exercises correctly. It was also 10x harder with the wind and a total challenge.
I had so much fun doing this and I guarantee you, you will have too.
