Day 6: Core and Balance! | 30 Day Yoga Challenge

Description: Welcome back to my yoga challenge! All of the videos before this have focused on opening the hips (since most of us have tight hips!)... however, today's class is about getting deep into the abdominals by scooping in the belly and keeping the hips level. This also requires you to get deeper in your hamstring flexibility. This means I am requiring you to have blocks!! If you don't have blocks, you can improvise by finding some books or any other bottles/objects that will lift you up to modify some postures.

I know this one's a little harder than the rest, but push through! I will be having more beginner classes as well as intermediate/advanced classes in this challenge as well. This is meant to push you to the next level!
