This is going to be a fun sweaty workout. I love this 10 min. routine so much that I’ve been doing it so often lately.
I focused on using movements that make your whole body move and sweat. I integrated some full body, lower body and abs exercises.
These 10 min. will take away your breath and will make you feel so good afterwards.
Sometimes it's necessary to get your heart rate up and let go off everything that does not longer serve you. Try this and let me know how much you sweat!
