My lovely active Community!!! How are we doing ?
Another Challenge for YOU and YOUR ABS just right before summer is here.
For the next 2 Weeks we will be working on our side abs and the muffin top / love handles area :)
I hope you will stay with me and get into your best after quarantine shape.
The 8 Min. Workout is made of exercises that :
▸ focus on your side abs (obliques)
▸ include side planks
▸ will strengthen your whole core
I like to do quick and effective short workouts for a longer period of time. Your muscles will grow after time when you do repetitive exercises and that's what we want, YES!
BE STRONG AND FEEL STRONG.
Never forget, you have to feel good in your own body and you are perfect the way you like and love yourself, no matter what others say. Focus on yourself.
