FIRST DAY OF THE 28 DAY BOOTY CHALLENGE.
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday you will be getting one workout this week!
Then you will repeat this for 7 weeks with 4 workouts each week which makes 28 DAYS in total where we work on our BOOTY!
Before every workout you will warm up and find that mind muscle connection with the 10 MIN GLUTE ACTIVATION Workout.
