I will show you my favourite recipes, what I eat on a daily base, healthy snacks and treats, meal prep variations and how easy a healthy diet is.

In the first Episode you will meet my favourite 3 quick, healthy and delicious recipes to create an amazing porridge for breakfast, dessert or a snack.
The portions are really filling and keep you full for several hours. I like to have my first meal around 12 pm after my workout and it lasts until noon / early evening.
If you're not that hungry or want to have less calories, just use less oats and less nuts.
All 3 recipes are vegan, gluten free and super rich in protein, fibre, healthy fats and vitamins.
