We all want them but nobody wants to train them.
I created this quick and fast 8 MIN. ABS Workout to have another challenge for you and make those abs popping.

I prefer quick and effective workouts that really burn, so I really love this one to get defined abs and get stronger in your core.

This workout will focus on
- lower abs
- upper abs
- whole core strength

We will be doing this workout EVERYDAY for the next 14 DAYS.
8 Minutes a day keeps the doctor away.
Make a picture before and after the 2 weeks and show me your results in the comments down below.
