???? Diet tips: I always recommend to eat as healthy as possible and drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to put on muscle, increased calorie intake is important. As a tip - Grab a healthy option in between your meals like nuts, bananas, avocado, protein yogurt etc. You can also slowly increase your current meal portion, most importantly don't skip meals if you want to put on some booty ;)
